Does your low self-esteem, as mine did, cause you to feel so frustrated that you feel you have been cheated out of the good things in life and even make you feel inferior to others? These feelings were so strong by me that this was my way of looking at things around me. Are you afraid of rejection and failure in the eyes of others, and feel very alone in the world, even when in a crowded place?

i always feel so and i don't know why...
my condition getting worst...
i feel like i've lost the enthusiasm of life.....
not as bad as 5 years ago but still i feel really bad.... :'(
